Welcome to this moment of relaxation...

Right now, as you read this, take a slow, deep breath … breathing in through your nostrils....and as you exhale, allow your body to relax..... letting any excess tension flow out easily with your breath.

Good! Now take another slow, deep breath, all the way down to your belly, and as you inhale, mentally repeat "I AM…" and as you exhale, "...RELAXING."............. and feel your body respond…

Now, one more time, perhaps with your eyes closed, inhale "I AM…", and exhale "...LETTING GO"……as you feel yourself letting go of any distracting thoughts or concerns….feel your mind calming down, your body relaxing... (C'mon - it's only another 10-15 seconds!)  Eyes closed, inhale "I AM…", exhale "....LETTING GO…........"

Good… now simply allow each breath to lead you into even deeper relaxation, as we continue….
